A belated Happy 4th Of July !!!!
I was “kidnapped” and taken to the Tahoe Keys for a little rest and relaxation and then a 4th of July celebration on the top of the Horizon Casino by my sister-in-law Carol, my niece Chelsea and Haley’s cousin Ambria. The smoke we are experiencing from the fires here in Northern California gave us a pleasant reprieve and it was a beautiful night !
I just passed the one month mark and my hip is doing amazingly well!!! No more home care. I will start attending outpatient physical therapy and have been given back my short distance driving privileges !
Thanks to Carol and Ambria for their patience & help as I cruised around the top of the Casino with my walker !

And a Big thanks to Chelsea who picked me up every week and made sure I had groceries and medicine while my driving privileges were restricted.

Haley about lost her mind when I told her! Funny how quickly she didn’t care about going to camp at all. Maybe we’ll hold you hostage! HAHA
