Make a wrap for lunch ! The large size is one point!
Smear with Laughing Cow Swiss cheese cube …, lay down some finely chopped purple onions, 5 thin slices of turkey, chicken or 1/4 of an avacado, drizzle some sweet roasted red peppers , lots of chopped lettuce and you have a delicious wrap for about 3 1/2 to 4 points !
The walking DVD is great , a little chatty but definitely a good workout. I was sore for 2 days after my first try at it.. So I decided to back off a little and build up slower… There is plenty of time for marathon.. I so wish Dancing with The Stars would call me ! Oh wait … I am not a Star and I haven’t got an ounce of dancin rhythm…
It was a good week… I made all the right choices and probably most important of all, I was prepared. I had healthy snacks on hand at all times and a little supply of those 100 calorie treats if I wanted something sweet or salty … I also have a big variety so that I am not eating the same thing everyday. 










Nice work! It’s always good finding go-to snacks that aren’t gonna kill your day. The 100 calorie packs never held much appeal for me, but Baked Tostitos and a half cup of salsa have been my snack of choice now for months.

Thanks for the tip on the tostitos! I really like them and if I bagged them up in one ounce servings, I could easily stay within my point count and it’d be more economical !
