Well my San Francisco adventure is over! More fun this weekend though , we went out to the country and spent the day with family by the pool. 
This week is jammed full of water therapy and physical therapy appointments, a Bowen treatment and preparing to return to work, which I feel with be the ultimate test.
Hmmm … maybe I will go and look at bicycles this week too.
