Ever Miss The Shot ? Photoshop And A Talented Son Can Save The Day!

After my recent stay at Lake Tahoe, it got me to thinking about one of my previous trips there and a really cool story.

Haley’s Grandpa and I took her to Emerald Bay back in 2000 for the day and went on a ferry. I am rarely in pictures, and I really wanted a picture of Haley and I coming down the stairs hand in hand. I asked Tommy to take a picture. When we got to the bottom, I said ” Did you get it ? ” and he said ” Oh yeah .. You and Haley “

When I went to pick up the roll of film, there we were .. ME in one photo & HALEY in another photo ! Not quite what I was going for!!

I stared in disbelief and kept shuffling through the pictures… as I did they laid one atop the other and I had an idea! I called my son who is an amazing photo shop master and told him about the missed shot and what I believed could be salvaged from what I had. He gave this project his all and I was thrilled with the result !!!!! Another wonderful memory….

I was just going to post the finished product but it really is worth posting the 2 extra pictures to see how he pulled it all together. AMAZING ! Wouldn’t you agree !
